Remove the stems and leaves from all fruit being used, peel the banana, and chop the strawberries if doing so.

Place all ingredients in the blender except the honey (this prevents from sticking to the sides) and blend the ingredients until pink in color with flecks of blue and red. Once blended, add honey. If the smoothie is thicker than the desired consistency, add more milk until thin enough. If the smoothie is too thin, add more fruit or ice until thick enough.
