Semolina kheer

Today is nagpanchmi.On this occasion i made this tasty kheer for naivaidhyam.
Steps

Boil milk for ten minutes.

Heat a pan.Add oil.Add ghee and roast semolina till golden brown. Add little water to cook semolina.

Add roasted semolina in milk.Add sugar, dry fruits, cardamom powder, saffron threads and boil again for three minutes. See that no lumps of semolina.

Our semolina kheer is ready to serve.
