Prepare the grape leaves: If using jared leaves, rinse and boil for 2 min; if using fresh leaves, just rinse and boil until soft, about 2-3 min, and blanch

Make The Filling: Heat 2 tbsp in a pan and saut onion until golden, add ground meat until cooked and add turmeric, salt, pepper and pomagranate sauce and stir well.

Cook rice until half-cooked and yellow peas well and mix with chopped vegetables

Wrap the Dolmas: Place the grape leaves shiny side down

Put about one tbsp of filling near the stem end

Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly toward the tail

Arrange and Cook 😉🤩 Line the bottom of the pot with a few extra grape leaves (to prevent sticking). Arrange stuff leaves seem side down in layers

Pour over them lemon juice, vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp pomegranate sauce and enough water or broth and place a plate on them on too to pretend floating, heatedproof 😉 cover the pot simmer gently for 1:30 hours until tender.
