Boil eggs for 8-10 minutes, then let them rest in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Peel and separate yolks sprinkled salt & pepper

Further in a bowl, mix boiled chickpeas with lemon juice, chaat masala, oregano, parsley, green chilies, onion,tomato,salt, and pepper.

Arrange chickpeas and eggs on a plate. Sprinkle eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Serve with a side of fresh parsley salad and enjoy..!
Tips
For perfectly boiled eggs, use an egg boiler or boil in water and cover for 8-10 minutes, letting them rest for an additional 2-3 minutes.
