In a bowl add potatoes slices. Add all ingredients as mentioned above. Mix well with out adding water or sprinkle little water if required

Heat oil in a frying pan and gently drop the fritters slowly one by one into hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.

Serve Hot with mint chutney or tomato sauce
