Cook long Pasta of your choice in plenty of boiling salted water according to the instruction of the package.

Prepare all ingredients. If you use Frozen Prawns, thaw them thoroughly.

Heat Oil OR Butter in a frying pan over medium heat, cook Onion, Garlic and Chilli until Onion is soft. Add Tomato, and cook until slightly thickened. Season with Salt.

Add Prawns. By the time Prawns are cooked, the Sauce should be thicker. Add Cream, and bring back to the boil. Check the flavour, and add extra Salt if required.

Drain the cooked Pasta, add to the pan, and mix to combine. Sprinkle with some chopped Parsley and enjoy. *Note: The photo above is cooked with Linguine, and the photo below is cooked with Fettuccine.
