Today I made ridge gourd bhaji. Instead of wasting peels I made chutney from this.

Today I made ridge gourd bhaji. Instead of wasting peels I made chutney from this.
Steps

Heat a pan. Add little oil and ridge gourd peels.

Now add peanuts, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, salt, chillies, garlic. Saute for five minutes till done.

Cool.In a mixer grind coarsely. Heat a pan add one tablespoon oil and chutney. saute for two minutes.

Cool.Sqeeze half lemon juice and mixed well. Our tangy, tasty, healthy chutney is ready to serve.
