  • 10 gdissolved powdered gelatin
  • 30 mlhoney
  • 20 gcoconut oil

    Add coconut oil to crushed cookies to make a tart.

    Blend the juice of one lemon, the juice of half a lime, the cream, the dissolved gelatin, and half the honey in a blender. Pour into a tart and chill in the refrigerator to set.

    Thinly slice one lemon and half a lime and marinate with the remaining honey and brandy, if desired.
