Guava Ice-cream

First cut the head part of the guava and keep half cm border line in the body of the guava and clean the middle part of the guava with the help of a round spoon. All the seeds should come out of the fruit, as shown in the image below. Keep the top layer aside for covering.

Now put the middle portion of this into a grinding jar, add 2 tbsp of water and grind them well.

Now pour the mixture into a strainer and strain it well. The seeds will remain on the strainer and the pulp would be extracted as shown.

Now put this mixture in a bowl. Then add some fresh cream, milk powder & some condensed milk. Mix everything well and blend the for 10 seconds.

Now pour this mixture into the hollow part of the guavas. Put some chopped nuts on them. Cover them with the top layer of guava that you have cut in step one above. Now keep each of them on a small bowl for support as shown below.

Refrigerate it overnight. Cut them into pieces as per your wish. Sprinkle some red chilli powder and some rock salt on it. Serve chilled.
