Slice the onion

Boil the water

Wash the rice and drain the water completely

Heat the saucepan and put oil

Put the onion and let it cook till it turns golden brown

Add rice and salt and stir it to mix with onion

Add water when it start to reduce,reduce heat and let it simmer till all water dries

Serve with preferred stew
