Steam the potato and the fava beans

Cut the green onions, potato and courgettes.

In a frying pan add the olive oil and all the vegetables. Cover the pan.

Stir occasionally. Keep over heat till the vegetables are soft. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Finally add the chopped garlic. A minute later take off the heat.

You can eat it as a side dish or eat with flat or pita bread.
