South Indian Thali (Dosa)

Wash rice and urad dal 2-3 times properly. Soak it for 6-7 hours. Drain the water. Mix all ingredients and grind it into a smooth batter. Add water if required. Cover it and let it ferment for 7-8 hours in warm place.

#For_Stuffing:- Collect all ingredients.

Take a kadhai add oil. Let it heat. Add asafoetida, mustard seeds, 1 tbsp urad dal, 1 tbsp chana dal, turmeric powder stir it.

Add chopped curry leaves. Stir it add roughly mashed potatoes. Mix it well. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, garam masala and sambhar masala. Mix everything well.

Add chopped Tomato and mix well. Add chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves. Mix everything well. Stuffing is ready now. Keep aside.

Add enough water to make dosa smooth. Heat the tawa. Grease with oil lightly. Sprinkle some water and wipe it. Pour 1/2 bowl batter to the centre of tawa and spread the batter with a circular motion from the centre. Spread masala stuffing on dosa.

Drizzle 1 tsp ghee around the dosa. Gently lift the dosa. Dosa is ready now. Take it out in a plate.

Serve it hot with sambhar and coconut chutney and enjoy.....😋😋
