Millet Parathas
Steps

Take a large plate. Add all flour. Add salt and red chilli powder. Mix everything well. Add required water and knead the dough for paratha.

Make a small balls with the help of rolling pin starting rolling. Dust it with little flour and press it. Roll it to make paratha. Apply little flour again and roll it. Apply one side ghee all over on the paratha.

Heat tawa and place paratha on tawa. After few seconds flip it. Apply ghee flip it again.

Apply little ghee on other side also. Cook it from both sides properly.

Take it out in a plate. Millet Paratha is ready to serve. Serve it with pickle, curd or sabji and enjoy.......😋😋
