    Remove the dates and clean them and make their pulp, now add copra husk to it and mix it well. If you add dried fruits in it, it will taste very good. If it is not suitable for older people, you can also make it into powder. This laddu should be eaten especially in winter by adding nuts in it. There is no ghee, no oil, no sugar in this,

    There is no ghee, no oil, no sugar in this, so it is very good for a diet plan and you do not need a gas stove to make this laddu and it is ready in ten minutes. This laddu is healthy, and if you give it to children in this way, the dates will be eaten
