Prepare all ingredients. Remove seeds from dates if needed.

Heat ghee in a pan. Add cashews, almonds, and raisins. Fry until lightly golden, then transfer to a plate.

In the same pan, add seedless dates. Stir for 30 seconds, then turn off the heat. Let everything cool.

Finely chop the fried almonds and cashews. Chop raisins and dates as well.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Press the mixture into a flat dough on a tray or plate.

Cut into long bars and roll each bar in coconut powder.

Serve and enjoy your homemade energy dates and dryfruits,no sugar bar.
