Steps

Cut the chicken and potato into bite-size pieces.

Cook the onions until golden brown in sauce pan or a wok on medium heat

Then add the ginger garlic paste as well as all of the spices and cook till the spices are fragrant.

Add the tomatoes and cook down until it reduces
- 5
Add the chicken and cook for 5 mins then reduce the heat and cover. Cook for another 10 mins than add the potatoes and cook until soft
- 6
Top with coriander and salt to taste enjoy!!
