Ingredients

1 hour 30 mins
2 Large Servings
  • 3/4 Cupcold water
  • 1/2 Cupsimple Sugar syrup
  • 1/4 cupVodka
  • 1/4 CupLemon juice

Steps

1 hour 30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix everything together in a jug. Depending on your machine you either need to really chill this mixture in freezer for 2 hours before chern or just set pre chill machine.

  2. 2

    Add to chamber and chrun until a nice sorbet texture then serve (mine took about 1 hour 20 mins) or put in a container and into freezer if want a little firmer. Put into a nice glass and serve with a sprig of mint - ENJOY :)

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
