I made these for a Co-Worker and friend of mine who has been begging me to make these and well lets say there was non left .

Preheat oven to 350°F. Add cupcake liners to a couple of 12 count muffin pans. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients and blend til everything is fully incorporated. Fill liners 1/2-3/4 full. Bake til a toothpick in center comes out clean. Remove from oven, turn off heat, and remove muffins from pan to finish cooling.

Once cooled you can either serve them immediately or store in an airtight container/bag til ready to serve.
