Pancakes (Whole Wheat)

Steps

In a medium bowl: place flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix.

In a small bowl: place egg, milk, and canola oil. Mix.
- 3
Pour the egg-milk mixture into the flour mixture. Whisk together.
- 4
On oiled pan or oiled griddle cook pancakes on medium heat. Flip and repeat after about two minutes.
- 5
Serve and enjoy. Goes great with homemade butter spread or homemade peanut butter.
