4garlic papad
1/2 cupcucumber chopped
1/2 cuptomato chopped
1/2 cuponion chopped
2 tspcoriander leaves chopped
1 tspchat masala
1 tspperi peri masala
1/2 cuphumus (homemade)
1/2 cuppesto (homemade)
Barik sev for topping

Cut the papad in four pieces, and roast on tawa till crisp.

Mix chopped onion, tomato, cucumber add salt,chat masala, magic masala and mix it.

Take a papad spread humus in one piece and pesto on another,add veggies and top with sev.

Serve/enjoy as an appetizer.
