Steps

Soak chickpeas overnight. Pressure cook it by giving 2 or 3 whistles.

Now dry roast carom seeds, coriander seeds, black peppercorns and make powder. Same way dry roast mint and curry leaves and crush.

Take a big vessel, add oil, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, dry roasted powder, crushed mint and curry leaves.mix well

Now add cooked chickpeas to it. Mix well then add corn flour, rice flour, besan to it. Mix well. Add little water if required.

Take oil in a deep fry pan for frying. On medium to hot flame fry chickpeas. Add raw garlic cloves for extra cruch

Fry cloves while frying chickpeas. Serve hot with sauce

Fry till golden brown. Take out on butter paper and serve with sauce or chutney. Do try
Tips
Instead of rice flour you can use all purpose flour.
Adjust spice according to your taste.
