Steps

Step 1: Boil the Base
In a heavy-bottom pan, heat 1 litre milk on low flame. Add 14 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp milk powder, 3 tbsp cornflour, 1 tsp C.Mein.C. powder, and 1 tsp G.Mein.S. powder. Stir continuously and cook for about 15 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly and becomes smooth. - 2

Step 2: Cool and Freeze
Once the mixture cools down to **normal room temperature**, pour it into a container and place it in the **freezer for 7–8 hours** to set completely. - 3
Step 3: Freezing & Beating the Cream**
After freezing the mixture in the freezer for 8 hours, take it out.
Add 500 ml of milk cream and beat it with a beater for about 10 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. - 4
Step 4: Add Flavor & Beat Again**
Add your desired flavor (like vanilla, mango, chocolate, or strawberry) to the mixture.
Then beat it again for 10 minutes until the flavor blends well and the texture becomes rich and creamy. - 5
Step 5: Final Freezing
After beating, pour the mixture into an airtight container.
Set it in the freezer again for 7–8 hours, or until the ice cream is completely set and firm.
Tips
**Tip:**
For a healthier and creamier homemade ice cream, avoid using palm oil.
Instead, use fresh cream or full-fat milk — they give a natural richness and smooth texture without any greasy taste. You can also add a little condensed milk for extra creaminess and sweetness.
