Mushroom potato biryani

Collect fresh button mushrooms, wash and cut, add into hot water.

Cut onion, tomato, potato and coriander leaves. Keep other things ready.

Keep the pressure cooker on medium heat,add ghee, whole spices and cashewnuts. Let it split and add the chopped onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, saute till it becomes transparent.

Add masala powders,salt and curd. Mix well.

Then add the potato pieces,mix for two minutes then add the mushroom pieces.

Add the soaked rice,give a quick mix,then add two cups of water and chopped coriander leaves.Mix well and keep for two whistles.

Let it cool. Remove the lid. Super tasty mushroom potato biryani is ready to serve. Transfer to a serving bowl.
