There’s no unpleasant smell because I first coat them with flour and lemon, wash them, and then boil them in very hot water for about 10 minutes to kill any bacteria and remove excess fat. The result is truly delicious and healthy.

Wash the chicken livers and gizzards thoroughly, then boil them in water for 10 minutes.

Drain the livers and gizzards, then cut them into medium-sized cubes.

Heat the clarified butter or ghee in a skillet. Add the gizzards and sauté until they start to cook through.

Add the onions, green bell peppers, and hot pepper. Sauté until the vegetables soften.

Add the livers and stir together with the gizzards and vegetables.

Add the salt, black pepper, cumin, and ground coriander. Mix well.

Let the mixture cook over heat for about 5 minutes, until the livers are fully cooked.
