Ingredients

2 cupschopped rotisserie or cooked chicken
1 (10.7 oz)can cream of chicken
1 (8 Oz)container of sour cream
2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoonhidden valley dry ranch seasoning mix
1 16.3 Oz container of biscuits

Preheat oven to 350

Spray 9x13 in pan

Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, ranch mix and 1 cup cheese

Cut each of the 8 biscuits into quarters. Gently fold half of them into chicken mix
5

Pour mixture into pan and cover either remaining biscuits and cheese
6

Bake for 25mins or until biscuits are golden brown

Tips

I set the broiler for a short amount of time at the end to really golden the cheese and biscuit topping
