Cone cheesy Masala Dosa with Coconut Tomato Curry

Heat a non-stick pan on high heat. Pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread thin.

Drizzle 2 tbsp oil around the edges. Cook until the dosa is golden and crispy. spread paneer sabji gravy on it evenly.

In another pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add ginger-garlic-chilli paste and sauté until fragrant.

Add chopped tomato and cook until soft.

Pour in coconut milk and simmer and turn off flame before curry boils. pour this curry into handi.

Stir in curry masala and salt. Mix well.

The hot dosa, roll into a cone shape. put it over handi Spread overloaded grated cheese on it.

Serve the cone dosa with the coconut tomato curry on the side.
Tips
For extra crispiness, ensure the pan is hot and use enough oil around the edges of the dosa.
