Blend broccoli florets until finely chopped.

In a bowl, mix eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Add blended broccoli and mix until combined.

Pour batter into a lined loaf pan.

Bake for 35 minutes until golden and set.
Tips
Blending the broccoli florets gives the bread a smooth texture and even color.
