Ingredients

  1. 250 gBroccoli florets
  2. 3Eggs
  3. 150 gFlour
  4. 1 pack(about 10g) Baking powder
  5. 1/2 tspSalt
  6. 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  7. 1/2 tspGarlic powder

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 190°C with air mixing.

  2. 2

    Blend broccoli florets until finely chopped.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, mix eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  4. 4

    Add blended broccoli and mix until combined.

  5. 5

    Pour batter into a lined loaf pan.

  6. 6

    Bake for 35 minutes until golden and set.

Tips

Blending the broccoli florets gives the bread a smooth texture and even color.
