Ingredients

3 mins plus 30 mins in Fridge
enough for 12 oysters
  1. 1 TbspRed Wine Vinegar
  2. 1 TbspWhite Wine Vinegar
  3. 1/4 TspWhite Castor Sugar
  4. Large Pinch Salt
  5. Large Pinch Fine Ground Black Peper
  6. 2Small Shallots - As finely diced as possible

Steps

3 mins plus 30 mins in Fridge
  1. 1

    Put everything in a screw top jar. Shake together - Put in fridge for 30 mins or until ready to use.
