Gondwali Kheer is a delicious and nutritious kheer recipe which made using from full fat milk, editable gond, soaked basmati rice and sugar. #TOF Week 2
Steps

Heat on kadhai add ghee.

Add gond fry until nicely on medium flame and keep aside. In the pan add milk.

Once milk come to boiling add soaked rice stir.

Keep the string every 2-3 min, cook it on low flame for 15-20 mins, until the rice become soft and thicken.

Add sugar and fry gond cook together some time.
- 6
Then turn off the flame and sprinkle with some fry crush gond and serve hot or chilled 😊 ENJOY!!
Tips
When Gondwali Kheer making, always nicely fry gond in ghee then kheer is more delicious.
