Dish 1: Three-Color Stir-Fried Beef.

Prepare the vegetables. Slice the beef thinly and marinate with a little oyster sauce and seasoning granules.

Sauté garlic until fragrant, then stir-fry the beef over high heat. When the beef is almost cooked, set it aside. Stir-fry the vegetables and season to taste.

When the vegetables are cooked, add the beef back in. Mix well. Sprinkle with black pepper. Done.

Dish 2: Egg and Anchovy Omelet

Mix the anchovies, eggs, ground meat, shredded carrot, green onions, black pepper, fish sauce, and seasoning granules together.

Add oil to a pan and heat it. Pour in the fish and egg mixture. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat so all ingredients cook through without burning. Flip and continue frying until golden brown.

Turn off the heat. Done.
