My go to all time favorite beef stew.. can be served with rice, ugali or chapati😋😋
Steps

Rub beef generously with salt and plenty of black pepper. Sear both sides in a hot pan for 5 minutes each.

Add onions, garlic, carrots, cinnamon sticks, cloves, cumin, and cinnamon powder. Sauté until fragrant.

Stir in tomato paste, then add canned tomatoes.

Pour in water. Transfer everything to a pressure cooker.

Cook under pressure for 25 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
Tips
Make sure to sear the beef well and add black pepper generously for the best flavor.
