Look this takes 10-15 mins of hands on time and then the results are 50 times better that store bought and 20 times better flavour. Easy to Pre make and Freeze and it is healthy for all the family as no chemicals. Try this once and you will make weekly. :P

  2. 2

Turn out ontop a large board or counter top. and bring together and kneed. It takes about 8-10 mins and will be dry to start with but keep going and soon you will have an amazing smooth dough ball. Cover with Cling Flim and let it sit and rest at room temp for 30 mins.

  3. 3

Cut into 4 approx equal pcs and flatten slightly, and then on you pasta roller on largest setting (mine is 8) roll the dough through once. fold over the 2 short sides in the middle and press, then run though machine again. This allows you to get long even pcs of pasta later.

  4. 4

Reduce the roller and run the pasta through 3 times (on mine thats level 7) then once on level 6,5,4,3 until you reach the desired thickness. Then flour a large baking sheet put the half of pasta sheet then spinkle with flour and fold over the pasta on top. Cover with cling film or a damp t towel. Repeat with other 3 pcs.

  5. 5

Finally change to the cutting part of pasta maker - I wanted fettucina today but can use the large sheets for lasgna or use a spagetti setting. Run the large unfolded sheet throgh machine. you can now dust with flour and put into freezer bags and freeze to use later or cook in rolling boiling salted water for 1-2 mins and serve with your favourite sauce. WOWWWWEEEEEE :P
