  • 1 inchginger
  • 1 tspjaggery
  • 1 tsproasted cummin powder
  • 4-5mint leaves
  • 1/2 cupwater

    In a mixie jar add chopped Amla,ginger,mint leaves,cummin powder and water

    Grind it to smooth paste.

    Strain it and drink immediately.Garnish with roasted cummin powder.

Tips

Have this juice in empty stomach.Dont add salt to it.If you want you can skip jaggery.
