Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gSpaghetti
  2. 50 gButter
  3. 2 clovesGarlic (minced)
  4. 1 tspGinger (minced)
  5. 100 mlLight whipping cream
  6. 60 g(plus extra for topping) Shredded mozzarella cheese
  7. 1/2 tspGround black pepper
  8. 1/2 tspDried parsley
  9. 1/2 tspDried oregano
  10. 1/2 tspLemon zest
  11. 1/4 tspDried rosemary
  12. 1 pinchDried thyme
  13. to taste Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente, then drain.

  2. 2

    Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Pour in light cooking cream and add shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir until cheese melts.

  4. 4

    Add ground pepper, parsley, oregano, lemon zest, rosemary, and thyme. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.

  6. 6

    Top with extra mozzarella cheese before serving.

Tips

For a richer flavor, sauté the garlic and ginger until golden brown, and adjust the amount of cheese to your preference.
