Steps

Take both the flours in a mixing bowl. Add salt and with the help of water make soft dough.

Roll like a roti on rolling board.

Take a tawa and roast the prepared rotla from both the sides.

Keep directly on flame to roast properly from inside too. Take out from the flame and make hole between two layers and filled ghee in it. Serve hot with daal / kadhi or sabji. Bajra gives warmth to the body during winter.
