Make all ingredients ready

In a mixing bowl, add methI leaves, coriander leaves, chopped green garlic, chillies, salt and crushed pepper corn and dry coriander seeds along with salt and asafoetida. Mix everything well. Lastly add besan and oil and mix with leaves. Add water as needed and make semi thick runny better. Leave for 5 minutes.

Heat the oil, lastly add eno and lemon juice and mix gently, then quickly take a spoonful of better in hand and put it in the oil to fry.

Let the Gota turns itself, when bubbles reduces in the oil, remove the gota and transfer in the kitchen paper.

Methi gota are ready. Take them in the serving plate, add fried green chillies and special chutney/kadhi. Serve immediately ane enjoy..
Tips
Always wash methi thoroughly and dry it completely before chopping. Excess moisture makes the batter soggy, while dry methi ensures your Methi Gota turn out crispy, light, and perfectly golden every time..
