Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with oven-safe parchment paper, using a very light spritz of non-stick spray. Set out the egg and milk to reach room temperature. If frozen, set ground beef in the refrigerator until thawed enough for use.
- 2
In a large mixing bowl, mix the ground beef and Italian breadcrumbs until fully combined.
- 3
Add in the egg and milk, mixing until combined. Add in the A-1 steak sauce and mix until it's completely incorporated.
- 4
Add in all seasonings one at a time, stirring between each seasoning.
- 5
Add the hot sauce (my personal go-to is Frank's Hot Sauce, but use whichever hot sauce you prefer) and mix until just combined.
- 6
Scoop and roll meat mixture into several medium-sized meatballs and place on the lined baking sheet.
- 7
Bake for 30 minutes or until fully cooked, flipping half-way through cooking.
- 8
Enjoy your A-1 Sauce Italian Meatballs! 🟤

💡Tip: For both the best shapes and consistent sizes, use an ice cream scooper to scoop out the meat before rolling with your hands.
