In a bowl add grated coconut, jaggery powder. Mix well with hand. Then add it into a kadai, on the gas flame and low to medium heat continuously stirring for 8-10 mintues. Last add cardamom powder mix it and keep aside for cooling.

In a mixer jar add semolina and grind it. Then in a mixing bowl add semolina powder, refined flour, salt, mix everything well then gradually add milk and make a semi thick batter. Add nolen gur and mix well. Rest for 1 hour.

After one hour mix the batter again. Heat a pan brush ghee, add 1 ladle batter. When one side becomes dry add coconut stuffing, then roll it. Patisapta is ready.
