Colllec all dals and measure each one table spoon. Take a cup of idly rice. Transfer to a big bowl. Rinse till the water becomes transparent. Soak for eight hours.

Keep ready red chilli, cumin,ginger,tock salt and curry leaves. Then add into the mixer jar.

Add the soaked rice, dals and half a cup of water.Grind into a fine paste.

Pour into another deep vessel. Close the lid. Rest it for half an hour.

Mix well before making dosa. Keep a dosa tawa on medium heat. Pour a ladle full of batter in the middle and spread it round size thin dosa. Sprinkle some oil. Let it cook till edges becomes crispy.

Flip the dosa into other side. After two minutes take it out from tawa. Healthy adai dosa is ready to serve.

Superb breakfast is ready. Enjoy the protein rich adai dosa with tomato chutney.
