Steps

In a mixing bowl, add sattu, oats flour, salt and all dry spices. Mix well.

Add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and cumin seeds.

Gradually add water and mix to make a smooth, pourable chilla batter (dosa-like consistency).
Do not keep the batter too thick or too thin. - 4
Heat a non-stick tawa and lightly grease it with oil.

Pour a ladle of batter and spread gently to form a chilla.

Drizzle little oil around the edges and cook on medium flame until golden.

Flip and cook the other side until done.

Repeat with remaining batter.

1) Serve hot with green chutney, curd or tomato ketchup.
2) Perfect for quick breakfast, healthy tiffin or evening snack.
Tips
∆ Adjust spices as per taste.
∆ Add grated vegetables like carrot or bottle gourd for variation.
∆ Batter can be made instantly — no soaking required.
