Sizzlers are a complete meal and more often than not pretty healthy too. This vegetable sizzler is one of those recipes that are really simple to make at home. Do try it this season!

Fried Rice - First of all, heat the butter in a pan add and sauté the vegetables until soften. Add the cooked rice, pepper, salt, mix and keep aside.

To make Tikki - Mash the boiled,smashed potatoes, add carrots, capsicum, coriander, pepper, salt and mix. add required bread crumbs,mix and make tikkis, set in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, and shallow fry them both side till golden.Keep aside.

To make stir fry Veggies- Wash, peel and chop all the vegetables. Heat oil and butter in a pan, sauté the ginger and garlic paste, add the vegetables, season with salt and pepper and sauté. Remove after 2-3 minutes.

French fries- Cut potatoes into fries shapes and deep fry fries on medium flame till it turn slightly crispy and golden brown. prepare the barbecue sauce.

Now place cabbage leaves in a non-stick pan, arrange rice, stir-fried vegetables, French fries, tikkis on it and keep it on the gas flame. Add butter on all sides and add barbecue/ ketchup sauce and let it sizzle for 1- 2 minutes on low heat.

Now Delicious Tawa Veg Sizzler is ready to serve.
Tips
to make barbecue sauce-
In a mixing bowl, add tomato sauce, soya sauce, mustard powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder. Mix well.
Heat butter in a pan, add ginger paste, garlic paste, onion, jaggery and the required water to melt jaggery.
Add tomato sauce mixture and mix well.
Lastly, add vinegar and cook the sauce till it slightly thickens.
