Steps

Add banaba, sugar and milk into a blender jar. Blend it into a smooth puree.

Add oil and vanilla essence into the bowl.

Seive twice the wheat flour,baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder. Transfer to the banana puree bowl. Mix well with spatula cut and fold method.

Add almonds and walnuts pieces and give a nice mix. Don't over mix the batter.

Take a baking mould. Greas and keep parchment paper. Pour the cake batter. Sprinkle walnut pieces on the top of the batter. Tap it twice. Transfer the cake tin into the prepared kadai. Bake it for Thirty five minutes.

Super tasty eggless banana walnut cake is ready to serve.Let it cool for ten minutes. Then de mould the cake. Transfer to a serving plate.
