Cook the gnocchi in salted water until they float to the surface.

In a skillet, sauté the chopped turkey with a little sunflower oil.

Add the Roquefort cheese and stir until it melts completely.

Stir in the plain yogurt, mix, and turn off the heat.

Add 2 tablespoons of the reserved gnocchi cooking water to the sauce.

Drain the gnocchi and toss them with the sauce in the skillet.

Add the heavy cream, mix well, and serve hot.

Optional: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
