Boil grated carrot with 1/2 cup of water for one whistle in a cooker,then strain water.

Boil milk in a kadhai or pan for 5 mins, then add boiled gajar and boil it milk reduces to half.

Now add dryfruits, cardamom powder and mix well and cook for 1 min.Then turn off the flame.

Add jaggery (gur) mix it very well.

Delicious and nutritious "Carrot Kheer" is ready. Serve hot with some chopped mix dryfruits and saffron stands.
Tips
Fresh and deep orange colour carrot 🥕 add kheer more tasty.
Turn off the flame, then add jaggery!
