Another tasty fried rice recipe among the thousands of others out there. Fried rice is such an amazing comfort food that I think you can never get tired of. But of course you do want to try this one too

Clean rice add Maggie cubes and water to cook as normal. I cook my rice until al dente since I will be frying it. Set aside. Shred cabbage (thinly sliced) chop chili peppers(I leave my seeds in but that’s optional) chop the rest of veggies. In a wok put cabbage and chili peppers and add 1/4c water, salt and pepper to taste, on a medium-high heat cover and cook until tender.

The cabbage should be tender but not mushy. Cook approximately 3-4 mins on medium high. Turn down to medium and cook another five. Just a little bit of the cabbage is browned not burned. Add the onions fry until they start to change color.

Add green peppers and carrots and the oil and fry 2-3 mins. Stirring occasionally.

Add sesame oil, ginger,turmeric and stir it around.

Add the rice and soy sauce and stir it around until well incorporated let this cook another 30 seconds. Serve this up nice and hot and savor all the flavors. Enjoy this beautiful day 🥰
Tips
If you are sensitive to cutting chili peppers plz wear gloves.
