Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.

Add onion, tomato, coriander leaves, green chili, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well.

Spread about half an inch of the potato mixture onto each bread slice.

Heat a pan and add ghee.

Place the bread (potato side up) on the pan. Roast on low to medium flame.

Flip and roast both sides until golden and crisp.

Serve hot.
Tips
Apply about half an inch of the potato mixture onto the bread for the best flavor.
