Mix the chopped okra with the tahini and spices until a sticky paste is formed.

Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper (or on plastic wrap greased with olive oil) until it is very thin.

Place it in a very hot, non-stick pan.

Leave it until it browns on the bottom and sets (it takes longer than regular bread), then carefully turn it over.
