Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 lbGround chicken
  • 1Egg
  • 1–4 tbsp (optional) Milk
  • 1 cupPanko breadcrumbs
  • 2–3 tbsp (adjust to taste) Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  • 1/2 tspGarlic powder
  • 1/2 tspOnion powder
  • 1/2 tsp(optional) Paprika
  • as neededOil spray

Steps

10 minutes

    In a bowl, mix ground chicken, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika (if using).

    Shape into small nugget-sized pieces.

  3. 3

    Beat the egg in a bowl. In another bowl, mix panko and Parmesan.

  4. 4

    Dip each nugget in egg, then coat with panko-Parmesan mixture.

  5. 5

    Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray basket with oil.

  6. 6

    Arrange nuggets in a single layer. Air fry 8–10 min, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.

  7. 7

    Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

Tips

Adjust the amount of grated Parmesan to your taste for extra flavor.
