First take 2 cup refined flour/ maida in a bowl. Then take1/2 tsp carom seeds 1/2 black pepper powder and 1/tsp cumin seeds.1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp ghee.Add in refined flour mix well.

Then then mix well and add water slowly and make hard dough And rest it for them 15 minutes. Then 2 tbsp ghee and1 tbsp refined flour to make sata to spread on roti.

Then take some portion of the dough and roll it properly make big roti then and spread sata on it.

Then press it and make small Puri and spread on it and make mathri

Then heat oil in a kadhai and fry masala mathri slowly till it golden brown and transfer to a dish.

Then make one cup of masala tea and tasty healthy masala material is ready then transferred to a dish arrange nicely with masala tea and decorate small fry pieces of mathri around dish. And serve it. Eat and enjoy tea time snack.

Tips
We take all the masala for mathri properly add ghee mix well and make proper dough so it become khasta tasty.
