Homemade delicious and healthy Kadi Patta Poha

For 2 persons take 1 cup poha. Soak for 5 minutes not more than that. If You soak poha for a long time the poha will become mashy. Soak poha for 1 minutes.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadai. Fry 1/2 tsp mustard oil, kadi patta and 1 whole dry red chilli. Let it crackle for few seconds.

Then add 1 chopped onion and chopped deseeded green chillies. Saute it for few minutes. Then add grated 2 carrot. Saute it for few minutes. Once it is done.

Add 1/2 tsp haldi powder, red chilli powder as needed and grated ginger and salt. Saute it for few minutes. Then add soak poha. Mix it well with all the masala. Sprinkle a water so that thepoha will not stick at the bottom of tha pan.

At last adda little sugar and lime juice it is optional. Once it is done then transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy...
